An American national named John Frederick Warnaca who was originally from Fresco, California, passed away as he was in the computer shop Net.com at around 2p.m. in Quiapo. The 47-year-old man has been living in the country for 7 years already.
There are rumors that he was chatting his girlfriend in the cafe when he lost his life.
The owners of the cafe immediately called the authorities when they noticed that the man leaned back and did not move. Frederick was motionless despite the efforts of reviving him. The officials were unsuccessful.
